You play a male lead and the futa/trans characters are the cast around him. This is the single most common pairing on the wall, so it spans everything: Ren'Py visual novels, RPG Maker dungeon crawls, Unity sandboxes. Use the engine and status filters on the search page to narrow it down.
Hand-drawn or painted art rather than 3D renders. On the poster wall this is the bucket for anime-style visual novels, pixel side-scrollers with drawn cut-ins, and Western comic-style adventures. The duotone flattens the covers, so open a game's page to see the real palette in the screenshots.
Scenes that move: sprite animation, video loops, Live2D, rendered clips. Animation is expensive, so animated games tend to be either short and polished or long-running projects that added it late. The version history on each page tells you which.
